Trade, the only big deal in the next filing is going to be the math around the refinance. I suspect there is a big charge to cover the cost of settling the convertible debt. All of the other PR impacts future qtr’s. Although they should see a sales bump from being in Target and on Amazon. I do not anticipate a timely filing as they are notoriously late when ever they do something that requires a little math, like and acquisition or, in this case a massive debt conversion. This next 12 months is huge. They have every opportunity to make something real happen. Lets see if they can do it.
