Key points from today’s Annual report:

1. No dilution for many months
2. Land assets are in tact for IGEX
3. Acquisition is coming
4. Merger is coming
5. Outstanding shares count has remained unchanged for many months

This clears the path for updates with Pink Current in the rear view mirror. The new IGEX leadership signed a dilution clause when they took over the shell.
