Pump that news out that probably could never happen so they can keep selling the rest of the stock they have... then use Up listing as an excuse for a huge reverse split? Need shares over 4.00 plus to be considered for NASDAQ...

Then for some reason the deal falls through anyway, but hey, at least they got most of their stock back and can start all over lol History always repeats itself here
