Because da Gubmint didn't want old Ed having to come back to court 2x, the Plaintiff and Defendant did an Agreed Order approved by the big guy Judge Lamberth to only appear 1x (yesterday as P's W in presentation of the P's case and in the afternoon yesterday as a Witness for the Defendants and 1x this morning as D's continued their Defense).

I was only there after lunch and caught the trial from like 130 or 2 to 515pm, and I passed lonely Ed in the hallway right outside the Courtroom door. It was then Hamish Hume's turn to Cross Examination and then old Ed left the building!

I still think that Ed has no regrets about the NWS, he just really disliked the GSES.

He's a Bush 2 guy, right?

Here's our problem politically, the R's can't stand Gubmint interference in the 'free markets' and the D's don't want them to share their profits with the 'evil Shareholders' and seem to prefer NATIONALIZED GSES.

Oh yeah, like the US Congress is gonna agree on ANYTHING GSE REFORM RELATED, RIGHT!
