Some thoughts I have had lately, please consider the following:
When you put a purchase order to buy AMC/APE shares thru your broker how is it accomplished if there are no shares left in the market to sell you. With 100% utilization (there are no shares left to trade) we are literally driving the market to generate short positions on these AMC/APE shares.

Let me explain:
I am sure there are several ways to create fake/synthetic/counterfeit/illegal shares for all stocks. But the most common way we have seen in AMC/APE cases is to open new Naked/Real Short Positions.
Either the MMs can return failure to complete buy execution request or he fills the order if it meets your limit/market buy criteria.
In order for MMs to fill the buy order with fake/synthetic/counterfeit/illegal shares he has to open an equal amount of shares in a Naked Short Position. Which means he is selling you shares he either borrowed (real) or does not have at all (naked). So indirectly we are driving the Real/Naked Short Positions opened by MMs up when we buy more AMC/APE shares and there are no more shares in the market to trade.
I am not suggesting that people not buy more AMC/APE shares to get their lots of synthetic/fake/counterfeit AMC/APE shares. Only know what you are doing when you do it.
I am sure there are other nefarious ways to create more illegal/fake/synthetic/counterfeit AMC/APE shares. I am only saying this could be one mechanism that is deployed by MMs to always be able to fill all buy orders they get. Like what Virtu claims to be able to do with their "Infinite Liquidity" claim.

Think about this theory and let me know if I have something here or I am all wrong. I would like the board to consider this possibility as to why there are so much shorting against our AMC/APE stock. Since we are holding 100% of the AMC/APE shares we could be creating the massive shorting positions indirectly by not knowing what happens on the MMs side when we put purchase orders in. Even though what they are doing is criminal and illegal. Maybe they dont give a shit and just want to make a trade work to generate income for themselves at all cost.

P.S. One YouTuber (ClaBro) said a year ago the slower/smaller the volume gets the more prone the AMC/APE stock will be to launch the MOASS. Maybe this is what is happening under the covers and we just simply dont see what the MMs are seeing/doing. I have a feeling I am right. Another good topic of conversation here.
