Petey needs funding for lawyers for his criminal (5 serious felonies), civil (lawsuits), divorce (he feloniously beat his wife), and for those that are trying to get their money back that he refuses to pay.

He also needs to fuel his lifestyle and is supposed to be paying child support (already known for not paying for his kids).
It is not clear if narcotics are involved, but one of his new felonies for possession of prohibited weapon by a convicted felon (and listed as a narcotics addict in the charge).

Petey seems to anyone doing DD to be worse than pond scum.
