As in "will they be filed", or "will they succeed?"
For the former, sure. People file useless lawsuits all the time.
For the latter, I highly doubt it. Especially those regarding warrant exercise or a pref/common conversion. Those could only be direct takings claims, in which damages would be limited to the share price drop.
I guess someone could file a lawsuit to try and get the entire conservatorships, or even all of HERA, unwound, but if that's true then what on earth are they waiting for?
