Correct - real funding not happening, but he does have 3 billion shares of HPNN to dump at steep discounts to the share price (toxic death spiral financing).

Apparently he metioned that he was trying for some money, but it was only for his "pitch deck" - Translation - just to allow more stock promotion to help him dump even more shares.

The lienholder that HPNN and Peter Michaels owe $9 million to may be able to sieze all his ownership in digitalnothing, because he owns most of the private company. HPNN disclosed it owns no part of digitalage. Good thing his twit followers have not found out about this, because HPNN would be at no bid already. HPNN is basically a walking bankruptcy. No assets, and no way to pay any of its obligations.
