Agreed.

I'm especially impressed by some of the logical contortions behind not swapping all FNMA shares for FMCC, but none of them make sense. There is absolutely no guarantee that FNMA holders can file a lawsuit similar to the one in Lamberth's court if the class (including FMCC holders) prevails, and even if it does happen it would take a lot more time.

Got legal theories no plaintiff has tried? File your own lawsuit or shut up.

Posting about other posters is the last refuge of the incompetent.
