Yesterday afternoon, this former Treasury employee (DeMarco) was talking about how great the UST line of credit was and how he didn't have a crystal ball, and he thought that the GSES biz model was flawed and he wanted to get the process rolling so Congress could figure out how to fix the 'flawed/broken system' THAT'S WORKED F'ING BRILLIANTLY SINCE 1968.

I think it's clear that this UNELECTED FEDERAL AGENCY HEAD IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANOTHER UNELECTED FEDERAL AGENCY (I.E., UST) VIOLATED THE MAJOR QUESTION DOCTRINE AS ARTICULATED IN WV V EPA.
