What is galling is they have named their SPAC GX which is short for Global Crossing. Read the history of that company and what happened to unsuspecting shareholders. Kehler and Bloom are former DBL employees. That should be a red flag right there.

My hope is that Niocorp is using this proposed merger as a way to dress up the company for a takeover in the next 5 months. This would be the best deal for current shareholders.
