On the OTC when a stock is lightly traded it doesn't take many shares to move the price.

The problem is that Deitsch was involved in securities fraud by manipulating the price.

Odd how 2 different Brokers closed his accounts.

You are missing the point made by LT - it doesn't matter except in the Federal Sentencing Guidelines but the crime is still the same - securities fraud and they can throw in mail and wire fraud.
