1) Learned lesson with LG Funding and never touched the SS again. Unheard of in OTC land.
2) No PR's, RS, P&D, twitter handles, dilution, and BS service providers. Unheard of in OTC land.
3) The guy has 50+ directorships going(give or take a few), so it is safe to assume that he has contacts all over the place.
4)No updates unless they are material. Again, unheard of in OTC land.
5) $1.59 strike price on the Preferred, tells me that on any half a$$ deal(let alone a mammoth one) $1.59 is a given, so why not $4.59 on speculation, especially on a good deal??????
6) If i bought this shell in 2014, i wouldn't settle for anything less after all this time, would you?????????????
