Don't be so sure, it happened last time with SCOTUS. If you listen to SCOTUS oral argument, you will certain conclude that we will 100% win.

It is important that we don't get frustrated. Just allow time for our win to happen. It may take another 4-5 years. My plan B is to leave the investment to my grandson. Hope we are lucky this time. IMO.
