Not a refresh. Board moves up or down ~1/4 screen when the new 2 box message switches to the single box and vice versa.

I can force it to happen by using the left or right arrows to change those boxes. I've found no way to stop it from happening.

The new promo boxes are aimed at issuers/IR people. They are meaningless to me. Can you make them go away? It seems likely that the board movement problem would leave with them.
