Maybe, maybe not. Just my opinion.

The last day of Q1 2023 is Friday, March 31st, 2023.

If the FS is to be updated during the first quarter of 2023, 3/31/23 is the last day, it can be accomplished.

45 days prior to 3/31 is Tuesday, February 14th, or the last day possible to receive the L3 Demonstration Plant results to meet the Q1 FS Presentation statement.

Oct 10 days (from today)
Nov 30 days
Dec 31 days
Jan 31 days
Feb 14 days
Total 116 days from today is maximum timeframe to receive the L3 Demonstration Plant results.

Also, to do the FS update during Q1 2023, the earliest date to receive the L3 Demonstration Plant results is AFTER November 17th, 2022, or 45 days prior to January 1st, 2023.

We still have 28 days till the earliest possible timeframe to receive the L3 Demo Plant results for the FS to be updated January 1st. Did not take any holidays into consideration for these timelines.

Bottom line, IMHO is we still have a month or more before we receive the L3 results.

I am guessing we will see the L3 results “Material News” sometime between 11/17/22 and 2/14/23. Could I be full of it? Possibly, but the timeline makes sense to me to meet the Q1 FS update statement.
