And MULN had a $870 million market cap on the net cash raised at that time…that is a factor of 13.

RIVN had a factor is 15…not that much different.

But they are both now somewhat removed from those good ol’ days…

…and MULN is way behind the power curve to catch up.

On top of that Rivian has withstood its dilution…and has a stable share structure.

MULN’s dilution is only getting started.
