Just some points of information which I hope will ease some minds while awaiting the release of the EOY.

What do you think NNRX applied for and additional 44bil shares to be used for in the first place (to be able to raise cash) and what the Offerings were for? NNRX has been restructuring its self changing for a Vitamin company to a Holdings company. The offering was for the purchasing DHS and the other companies as listed on NNRX’s web site. As well as financing the completion and operation of the companies. There’s an old adage “its takes money to make money” if you don’t have cash you sell stock, which is the way things work.

Yes the EOY ended on 7-31, the EOY Report is due out by the end of this month with an allowable 15 day extension. You seem to be expecting pps to go up on the “date” of the end of year, it will go up or down as a result of the EOY report not a date.

The purpose of the Offering is to raise cash, it’s has to be lower than what the pps is on the open market or no investor would buy it. The selling of the shares it at the total discretion of NNRX, they don’t have to sell them and they can choose who to sell to and who not to sell to.

As for the RS: (as defined using Google search)
"Who approves a reverse stock split?
Generally, a public company can declare a reverse split if it obtains the approval of its board of directors. Most often shareholder approval is not required.
What law governs reverse stock splits?
State corporate law and a company's articles of incorporation and by-laws govern reverse stock splits.
Does FINRA approve reverse splits?
FINRA does not approve reverse splits, but it does process reverse stock splits as part of its functions related to company corporate actions in the OTC market. OTC companies must submit notice to FINRA 10 days prior to the record/effective date of the corporate action."

The 1-A Pos stated it was waiting for approval for the RS (the three directors of NNRX are employees of “The Plant”, there not going to cut there own thoughts. You will note that there was no date for the RS listed in the 1-A.

P.S. "The Plant" is not NNRX, NNRX owns "The Plant" as one of the companies in it's portfolio as a Holding Company.
