Could be a smart move! Leasing keeps the huge cost outlay down which allows capital to be spent on better things. Most large hotel chains doesn’t own buildings, they lease them. I have stayed in a hotel for business over 20 years visiting a client, gone from being a Hyatt, Wyndham and now a Crown Plaza. Same building, each hotel chain puts their own twist into the interior and grounds. I personally think this is a good move for the company. We will do just fine here. Wait till the word gets out, PPS will increase substantially. Tic-toc
