My guess is that after 10 weeks of testing they are still having issues.

Why else would they prolong the results of a simple hydrostatic test?

No doubt they will provide a excuse with a tweak here or a redesign there to soften the blow, and keep the dream alive.

I hope I’m wrong, but hope is a terrible plan.
