Ah good catch on FSI. Guess that explains why they were able to call off the merger...CEO still got paid. Yep it's a negative. Also leery as to why they ever thought massive dilution to acquire an unprofitable company with minimal revenue was ever a good idea. May have rivaled Wagz as one of the dumbest acquisitions I've seen.

I still think FSI pops higher on the Q3 report next month. Especially if there's minimal expense associated with calling off the merger. Of course who knows what the market will be doing by then...hopefully these already weak conditions haven't deteriorated further.
