The CEO of HPNN's custody issue: My best guess is that he just wants the visitation conditions changed to be more in his favor. I think he has to be supervised, possibly by a relative, whenever he has visitation is him mommy's home (he no longer has access to a marital residence).

The biggest problem (for Petey) is that they did grant a new criminal restraining order against him. From what I understand, the children were present during his violent assault and death threats/threats of great bodily harm to his wife. This may make it harder to get his visitation conditions relaxed.
Hopefully they are also considering whether he has been paying child support.

The HPNN CEO is the scum of the earth.....for so many reasons.
