LOL, there are no real High Level Plans that ever actually happen, historically.
We have been struggling to get above .01 cents and are listed on the Pink Sheets.
We never file even file the Unaudited financials on time.

Best not bet your house on them all the sudden having all audited financials, filing everything in a timely manor, Having a share price over 4.00, and meeting any other requirements to actually be able to be listed on NASDAQ

I can not think of any example of a Pink Sheet company with a share price of .01 ever getting up listed on NASDAQ. Can anyone else?
