they dont have to cover since there is no rules saying how long a short need to hold to cover. And they already know how much share is authorize and how many share are out there right now. they all are just kicking the can down the road to see who can kick it the furthest including AA because they know nothing will happen. No one is given them any physical pressure and the psychological pressure is nothing once they get used to it and by now they all should've gotten used to it so nothing will happen. if you think outside the box you will realize that everything is corrupted.
