I smell M&A*. I think any transactions will take place with APE preferred units due to AMC massive FTD drain.

Shorts shorted a stock and got trapped, the only way out now is liquidations…this process will happen sooner rather than later due to the short borrowing fee. Current the fee is at 19.9% minimum and some shorts are paying loan shark prices.**

M&A will spike the short borrowing fee minimum to >100% and can rise to > 10,000% per current regulatory scheme.

APEs are not leaving until short borrowing fee is at 10,000%.
