Happy Mellow is nothing more than a Gatoraid knockoff with CBD.

Amy even addressed this in the Crown King interview by saying that sugar is necessary to cover the foul taste of added CBD. She mentioned that sugar-free drinks from Happy Mellow might happen in the future but they won't have CBD.
(She literally called sugar a masking agent for added CBD)

This is not a healthy drink.
