There seems to be a lot of discrepancy specific to Mullen outstanding shares. From the latest Form S-3, October 17th, page 7,

"As of October 10, 2022, we had outstanding 878,001,844 shares of Common Stock."

Doesn't matter what any other publication says, the official most up to date number of outstanding shares update/released to the SEC is 878 million common shares.
