Yes. The only possible result in Lamberth's court is Fannie and Freddie paying whatever amount of damages the jury awards to shareholders (Freddie common, Freddie preferred, Fannie preferred). Nothing else.

That case cannot result in anything about the conservatorships, contracts (including SPSPAs), warrants, or senior prefs changing at all.
