The overreaction today is predictable and stupid. Hell, it wouldn't matter if Nerdland bought 10 plots for $70 million. These same folks would have something negative to say. They bought high, sold low and lost big. Now they want us to lose! We'll we're not! PRO TIP- If an investor isn't willing to be patient for 2-3 years for good things to happen, they should NEVE be in the market!
