Right now I am seeing a few things starting to line up perfectly here. We have not seen any news yet but based on recent changes its a matter of when.

ASCM and OTCX shorted this very heavily early on and are absolutely trapped. There is no dilution CEO owns 87% of the shares and bought out the remaining debt. About 600m shares by my count have been returned to the company which is good for longs. Dips here are getting bought and it has been difficult for many including me to fill anything let alone size.

None of the major catalyst have yet to hit including merger and VeeMost getting Gold which will be a huge one.

Best part of GDVM is there is zero overhang or historical resistance to fight here chart wise. This is as blue a blue sky breakout as you will find.

Good times ahead very rare to see this kind of setup in the otc.
