Not sure but could of been from someone,or a few holders who were disgusted of holding a losing trade, and don't want to be holding it before the RS vote, 9m shares were dumped at the same time,it recovered from it, was it company insiders,who knows, I got disgusted with the SOB's when they started talking RS,and sold all my shares on that news on Oct 6, at $0.17, and stopped following it.
