MARK KILCHESKY is nott MARK ALLEN MILLER.

MARK ALLEN MILLER appeared in Federal court and was (1) arraigned, (2) granted bail and released on $25,000 bond, and (3) pleaded guilty.

MARK KILCHESKY did none of those things.

These are two different human beings who live hundreds of miles apart; one of them, MARK KILCHESKY, is a brother of RICHARD and PHILLIP, and the other is a brother-in-law of RICHARD.
