Three DIFFERENT individual people:

1. MARK KILCHESKY (brother of RICHARD and PHILLIP KILCHESKY)

2. RICHARD KILCHESKY (brother of PHILLIP and MARK KILCHESKY)

3. MARK ALLEN MILLER - brother-in-law of RICHARD KILCHESKY

MARK ALLEN MILLER, a central figure in numerous pennystock scams (over 12 and counting), simply used the Kilchesky brothers RICHARD and MARK KILCHESKY as front men for one or two of his many scams. On his other scams he used other front men and cut~OUTTs.

It really was just that simple. No fake persona, disguises, FBI cover-up, etc. No big mystery. No imposter in Federal court posing as someone else.

All that nonsense was a waste of everyone‘s time by a serial recidivist CONspiracy CONfabulist.
