The important things remain to be

- No convertible debt
- Preferred shares priced at .02 from F&F
- Recently issued 9M restricted shares (for CFO?) which means further evidence of no split
- Management has put in over $1M of their own money to zero benefit of themselves
- Recent onboarding of a new CFO with good credentials
