The one in Miami looks like it is the "fancy' one. I remember long ago watching another scam. The "office" was actually an "office" within a building that served as a 'one for all' type thing. Many people could rent the space, could have a meeting room, when needed and there would be a real person answering the phone, so it all seemed very "real".... big time company... except... it wasn't.
So, that's what I am thinking the place in Miami is.... a place to pick up the junk mail because their isn't any Business mail and maybe a person to answer the phone to have the appearance of a "secretary'....
