I just post the respose I get from the trasnfer agent. When I called they said they were busy and to fax in my request. I did that and they responded with 523,888,614 O/S. I had called 2/1/07 and it was 477,734,768 and on 1/29/07 it was 446,484,768 and on 1/16/07 it was 417,073,004. I have traded these things long enough to know that the company often misleads people, with-holds info, or just flat out lies. Especially on the pinks. Also, for some reason the company themsleves and their investor relations also has the wrong shares amounts. The transfer agents are the only place I listen to about O/S. You can believe who you want. I bought in a while back, sold some while it fell and held some. Looking forward to news this week or next but I do feel, and the stock price is a great indicator, that they have diluted a bit the past month.
