Peter Michaels, 3X convicted Felon, now with a 5 FELONY Criminal Case, has delayed since Nov 2021.
He has "asked for a continuance" for the Preliminary trial at least 3 times, so why not a 4th?
In a previous Criminal case I believe he had 5-6 Continuances and then did a plea deal. I will find that case log and post it. (I have posted it in the past)
With another Criminal Trial - FEDERAL Criminal Trial..
He pled guilty to Conspiracy to Launder Illegal Proceeds....
Not sure how many Delays before he Plead Guilty.
He was given probation.. WHY? He needed jail time.. BIG TIME jail time.
