SMHLMAO You still don't get it. The FDA never requires testing for whether a drug prevents transmission of a disease. It requires tests for whether it's safe and whether it reduces the chances of the patient getting sick or reduces the severity of an infection or disease. In other words, the COVID vaccines were safe and kept people from dying and going to the hospital. Reducing transmission is a side effect if fewer people get severely ill or not ill at all.
