If you are referring to the past-due payment to AMLM for the Lithium Earn-In Agreement, GNCP published two supplemental filings on 5/18 and 5/21 that let the shareholders know of a potential default. GNCP went Pink Limited after that, so we don't know if the payments were eventually made. That's all I am aware of.
