Lenny addressed this PR in the interview. He said that the person he was talking to a Rite Aid was promoted and the new guy wouldn't take his calls, so the deal was off. Lenny also said that the ink products were on trucks and they were ready to roll to all the Rite Aid stores.
His story from 2022 and this PR from 2010 are not the same thing.

“We are confident this is a significant step for AccuBrite,” states LKEN CEO, Lenny Greene. “All contracts have been finalized and the official roll-out date for product launch at Rite-Aid locations is slated firm for March 1, 2011. This is a strong nationwide presence and will combine nicely toward expanding our brand and product accessibility via other retail and online distribution such as our nationwide catalog partners, among others with which we are currently in discussion.”
