Perhaps you aren’t understanding that Happy Hour is a promotion in and of itself. It gives free users a taste of what a Premium user has access to all the time so they can decide whether or not they want to upgrade to Premium status themselves. However, unless that free user upgrades, once that promotional time is up, the site returns to their usual settings. If you’d like to increase your daily posts, increase your site subscription.
