...any post made by a free membership poster should not count against their daily allotment if posted during Happy Hour.

during happy hour it should not count against my daily allotment...

Also why is the allotment post counter on now while I am on this Q&A Board....I am losing posts by asking and answering questions that shouldn't need answering

the issue is why were my saved posts counted against my daily allotment if they were posted during Happy Hour....

where are the rules/guidelines for Happy Hour?
