This whole thing is a 100% train wreck for shareholders Trek! Why was there a mistrial would be my first question, even before why can't BYOC be made available until May 2023. Looks as though from the Plaintiff's correspondence they want closure sooner rather than later due to :

Defendants have now abandoned positions that they took previously in this
lawsuit – e.g., (1) that Mr. George Pursglove did not have legal capacity to
close on the stock purchase agreement with Ms. Bredeson for her shares
(that is, all the shares) in Service800, Inc. on behalf of the buyer, Beyond
Commerce, Inc. (“BYOC”) on February 28, 2019 and (2) that Mr. George
Pursglove did not have the authority to close on the transaction on behalf of
BYOC on that date.[/b

Is BYOC just dragging this out as long as possible to force Jean to come to the table?? Again regardless, none of this is positive for BYOC or its shareholders. I fully expect we see an 8k any day now. We'll see.
