It would appear that Lannett's discontinuance of its own versions of Adderall is a harbinger of a new agreement that was signed or will be signed with Elite in the near future. If signed, we can expect an announcement of the new agreement perhaps as early as tomorrow morning give the SEC disclosure requirement of material news events. A launch of Sabril may also be forthcoming in the near future.
