A "subpoena" EVEN ISSUED AND SIGNED BY A JUDGE =
A "request to appear before the court" but can NEVER have "BOND" aka BAIL associated with it WTF AGAIN ?????

A "WARRANT" being issued and a FTA aka FAILURE TO APPEAR = an ARREST will occur but NOT a damn "subpoena" WTF again ????

To have "BAIL SET" aka BOND=
An ARREST and BOOKING (fingerprinted, mugshot, likely DNA sample taken and entered into the national crime database etc) has occurred in order for the judge to "SET BOND" and arrive at the monetary value BASED ON THE LEVEL OF FLIGHT RISK and CRIME COMMITTED and WHAT THE PROSECUTOR IS ASKING FOR ETC !!!

NEVER has a bigger statement of PURE MISINFORMATION as to "THE LAW" been made that I've EVER read in my life LMFAO !!!

The judge in this case - SET CONDITIONS OF "RELEASE" and those included SURRENDER OF MILLER'S PASSPORT - which AIN'T EVER DONE due to a bullshit fantasy "Subpoena" being issued LMAO ?????

SURRENDER OF A PASSPORT = "rights" being taken =
ARREST (which by default = Miller was "BOOKED" aka incarcerated even if for 24 hours or whatever !!) and the opinion of ONLY A SEATED JUDGE (on recommendation of a sworn prosecutor aka DOJ attorneys in this case !!) that the CRIMINAL DEFENDANT (NOT a person to appear on a subpoena) is a FLIGHT RISK -
Thus their "movement in free society" has been TAKEN FROM THEM aka RESTRICTED which is ONLY ever ever ever done in a CRIMINAL CASE and to an ARRESTEE who's been BOOKED and is now under "HOUSE ARREST" and control OF THE COURT !!!
