If KBLB had signed contracts with additional partners, those would need to be reported as material events. No reports of contracts, no contracts.

I have never said they have signed contracts. I have said they have negotiated contracts already and they only need to be signed. When that happens is anyones guess, but as far as production and money in the bank goes, we have never been in a better place.

but we don’t know which companies have received useful samples.

Enough to take KBLB years to supply them.
