The proof is in the pudding! Shares being retired, website up, activity on LinkedIn, hate him all you want things started moving when Devoe stepped down and Dan took over again. You have to understand when the business was first started they had to raise funds somehow - they have cash flow now and are profitable (the whole dilution idea is moot and not happening). I told you (even before OMO chimed in) that the s-8 was nothing bad.

If someone entered here four years ago that was way too early (imo) I’m here for one year which may have been too early too but I think the time is now - at least many won’t owe so many taxes (there’s some positivity for you)

Balance sheets are freaking looking cleaner and cleaner
Things are happening.

If this goes to $2-$3 many would be ecstatic considering it’s a pink sheet for crying out loud but not your usual pink sheet. There’s some smart guys behind the scenes in this (for whatever reason they see)

If I’m wrong then I learn a lesson if I’m right then I still learn.
