Why don't you write something similar to a Amicus Brief to the Judge and after he stops laughing since the case/bankruptcy has been closed. The Judicial Secretary will write you a Form letter that states your comments are germane to the Bankruptcy and suggest you read the PwC filings and stop living in pinky fantasyland.

Shareholders are holding worthless stock - if you believe shareholders own Bioamber then tell everyone what exchange they can buy or sell the stock.
