Happy Hour is from 4-5 p.m. EST on Fridays when premium message board features are enabled for everybody. It is not a one hour block for breaking TOS - the rules of the site still apply to all Users, whether they are free members, paying subscribers or not. As Admin already explained to you, we don't "give back" deleted posts, even if they were posted during Happy Hour, or accidental duplicates - a deleted post is a deleted post, and at 5 p.m. EST, "Happy Hour" is disabled. That being said, all Users, yourself included, have the ability to Request a Review if you feel that you had a post removed in error.
