Who appointed PwC / Monitor?

Monitor/ Trustee is an Officer of the Court.

Whom does a Monitor / Trustee require approval from to enact?

What power do shareholders have within a creditor protection - CCAA process?

Certainly shareholders would have pursued the matter if they had proof of alleged fraud, n'est-ce pas.

Was there a Plan of Restructuring or Arrangement submitted?

BioAmber board members all resigned?

Did the SISP fail?

Was BioAmber liquidated?
